Soundproofing needs serious improvement!!! Hearing neighbors can ruin the beach vibe. The restaurant on the 15th floor lacks charm and flavor. better options exist just outside. Cleanliness could use attention, bed frame needs inspection!!!

the sirens at 7 a.m. were just delightful, weren't they? and I guess it’s normal to find a torn bedsheet in a so-called 5-star hotel, right? i really expected a complimentary upgrade after this comedy of errors, but alas, just regular treatment for me. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

The view from my Beautiful Double Room with Ocean View was nice, allowing me to soak in the fine sights of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangan Bridge. Breakfast each morning was a good spread, offering everything from pancakes and French toast to a variety of warm dishes both Korean and Western. I especially loved the rooftop, where the panoramic views.

The housekeeping did an excellent job tidying the room daily, making it feel fresh and inviting.

Holes and dubious stains on the sheets were disappointing and definitely detracted from the overall experience.
